Sada Lands
Chef Sada Lands culinary roots run deep. Coming from a cooking family, she draws her inspiration from her creole grandmother, parents, aunts and sisters. Encouraged by her sister to take her passion to the next level she attended Kitchen Academy, a Le Cordon Blue culinary school, graduating in 2007.
Chef Sada’s specialty is Indian Fusion Cuisine, and is skilled in Mediterranean, Chinese, Japanese, Kenyan, traditional Indian and Mexican as well. Her cooking has garnered attention from show such as My Fair Wedding with David Tutera and Food Paradise on the Travel Channel. Chef Sada is fearless in the kitchen and is willing to take on all types of challenges, whether it be fusing different cuisines or testing new menu items. Proving that a woman’s place IS in the kitchen — right next to the boys!
